Dr. Randy Herring is a board-certified family medicine physician and the proud owner and medical director of Restore Me Medspa in Dalhart, Texas. With over three decades of experience in medicine, he brings a unique blend of clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a passion for wellness to every aspect of the practice.

A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Dr. Herring completed his residency at the prestigious John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. In 1997, he returned to his roots in West Texas, where he has since become a trusted healthcare provider and a pillar of the Dalhart community.

At Restore Me, Dr. Herring is more than a medical director—he is an integral part of the patient experience. From consulting on advanced treatment protocols to personally ensuring the highest standards of safety and care, his hands-on approach reflects his deep commitment to the people he serves.

Meghan Burns began her aesthetics and laser therapy career in 2007 in Dallas, Texas, where she quickly discovered a passion for skincare and its power to boost confidence and well-being. With over 17 years of experience, she remains committed to helping clients achieve lasting, transformative results through personalized care and advanced treatments.

For the past 14 years, Meghan has been an integral part of the Restore Me Medspa team, known for her warmth, precision, and dedication. Her favorite treatment to perform is SkinPen® microneedling, a collagen-boosting therapy that enhances skin texture, tone, and overall health.

Meghan holds an Expert Certification in Laser and is extensively trained in both ZO® Skin Health and SkinCeuticals. Her personal skincare essentials include ZO Daily Power Defense, ZO Firming Serum, ZO Retinol Brightener, and SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF—testament to her trust in science-backed, medical-grade products.

Renee Finkenbinder

Renee Finkenbinder is a proud Dalhart native and a cornerstone of the Restore Me team since 2013. As front desk coordinator, she’s the welcoming smile that greets every patient and the organizational force behind the spa’s smooth operations. Her dedication helps create the friendly, professional environment clients know and love.

Beyond managing the front desk, Renee also supports wellness services by administering diet and vitamin shots—helping clients feel their best from the inside out. Her keen attention to detail and genuine passion for patient care make her a trusted and valued team member.

Amy Bowers

Amy Bowers, a proud Dalhart native, holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University. Guided by a heart for service and a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin, she joined the Restore Me team in March 2022.

Amy’s strong community roots and warm, approachable nature make her a favorite among patients. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing the joy and confidence that radiate from clients after treatment.
